My name is Timarie and as Fallen Tree Baskets' owner/artist I would like to welcome you to my shop. Why choose between art and function when you can get both in one item? Each item is made in its' entirety and signed by me. I welcome your comments, both on what I am doing right and what can be improved upon.

I am often hear :They're nice, but what do I do with one?". I have a small bowl on my kitchen counter for my powdered vitamin C mix; another one has either rice or clean sand to stabalize a tealight for use as a candle holder. I have one I just use as a look-pretty; it's sole purpose is to just Be. If you feel you want them to have a utilitarian purpose: put some flowers in a vase and set the vase in the gourd; or use one to hold your: Q-Tips, napkins, seashell collection, marbles, jewelry, a one of a kind Button Jar.......the uses are many. But please, no direct contact with water.
