Our current turnaround for digital files is 24-72 hours (business days only). Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will most likely be worked on on the following Monday. Printed items will take up to 10 business days to ship.

**You may order at any time from Fancy Shmancy, but note our shop hours below. Most communications will take place during our business hours:
Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. We answer emails wiithin 24 hours (business days only).
We do not work on Holidays or weekends and will respond to any inquiries on the next following business day.

When purchasing digital files from Fancy Shmancy, you are receiving a single user license. This license does not transfer ownership of copyright. All designs remain copyright of Fancy Shmancy. Any form of redistribution is a violation of my terms of use and copyright infringement. See our Shop Policies for a detailed terms of use.

**Colors...Colors will vary depending on your monitor settings and the way your file is printed. I use RGB colors in my invitation designs. Some printers use a different color profile and will have to convert the colors resulting in slight variations.

**Graphics...Some of the graphics used in our designs are being used with permission from the following artist/websites:
Tracy Ann Digital Art, Digi Web Studio: www.digiwebstudio.com, JW Illustrations, PeachPopsClipart, Cupcake Cuties, Fancy Shmancy

The respective artists retain copyright for their works. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright to you.
