farmerswifeathome's Shop Announcement

Welcome to the "Farmer's Wife - At Home".

Have fun shopping. Pick up something for a friend and something for yourself. Check out my adventures on my blog, At Home with the Farmer's Wife.

All items (excluding vintage linens) are handmade in my rural Illinois in-home studio. Care is taken to produce quality items the old fashioned way, by hand. Most of the sewing is done on my 1950's two-toned turquoise machine named Beverly. UPDATE: Two additional vintage sewing machines have joined the stable - a lavender Fleetwood and a PINK Atlas.

My grandmother taught me to sew and she was a stickler for details. Aprons are freshly starched and pressed before shipping.

GREEN LINE APRONS -
If you see the phrase "Green Line" in the description, it refers to the aprons which are constructed from repurposed men's dress shirts, paired with designer fabrics and trims.
Repurposed and new materials.

REPRO APRON LINE -
This is my line of aprons made from patterns created from my vintage collection.
All new materials.

MEG'S DISHCLOTHS -
The dishcloths are hand crocheted with 100% cotton, which is grown in the U.S.
All new materials.

WALLETS -
My wallets can be a gift, either for yourself or a friend. Tuck a gift card inside and it can be two gifts in one! A gift card wallet. They are also suitable for business card holders.
