Announcement    ***What to expect when shopping with favorsfavors***
Please note we are at the mercy of the POST OFFICE, I pack, print the shipping label and hand it off to the post office. My every intention is for your package to arrive, BUT things happen out of my control. Together we can work to get you your items.

-Orders are processed and shipped on first come first served basis Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will begin processing on Monday.

- Please keep the date of your event in mind when placing your orders whether shipping to the US or Canada, we will be at the mercy of the Post Office for deliveries once I mail them.

-Most items are shipped First Class Mail, if you need your items within 2 weeks I recommend Priority Mail which estimates 2-4 days for US orders. This would be a upgrade on shipping and will have to be added to the listing. I currently have no estimates for Canada shipping.

-Your sample will be sent via etsy convo system within 48 hours AFTER the payment clears.

-Not approving your sample delays the shipping process.

-After your approval of the sample, your items will ship within 5 days to the address on file with Etsy.

-If paying by echeck your items will not ship until the check clears, regardless of the date of event.

-Large orders and party packs does not fall within the 5 day shipping after your approval.
