Payment

PayPal is immediate and money order payment is due within 7 days or the sale will be canceled and your items will be put back into inventory. Etsy is soon offering direct checkout so please check back often as this new service will rock for all of us at Etsy. PayPal payments must be made in US dollars and sent at the time of checkout. I send out quickly so please make sure your PayPal information is correct. If you contact me outside of etsy I may not respond please use the etsy convo system only to keep things on track. Shipping

I ship 4 days a week and take ONE day of my choosing and Saturdays off right now I am taking some "me time." Rush is ONLY available on orders $100 or more I ignore requests asking me to expedite 2 dollar items. Convos are answered usually lat night - Custom requests must be made on the checkout note to seller section : emailing me directly will not work I only respond to Etsy convo windows to keep everything documented.

I ship out next day or same day depending at the time of your order. If you ordered a "made to order item" expect it to go out next business day.

I ship USA domestic mail first class USPS.com with delivery confirmation. Mail can take 7-10 BUSINESS days for domestic and INTERNATIONAL mail can take up to 30-45 days. Since I sell feathers customs slips are marked accordingly so if your country is on the no plumes list such as Netherlands some parts of Europe and Canada I do NOT re-ship to these countries as I already know the customs laws.

INSURANCE is extra and up to the buyer to contact the seller PRIOR to placing an order to inquire about the extra costs. If you do not insure your package I am not
1. liable for non deliveries
2. re-shipping because of your customs rules and regulations.

I am easy going but do not tolerate bad feedback. If you leave bad feedback and have a complaint - expect the bad feedback to be returned to you and no refund given.

If you have a valid complaint - I am happy to work with you IF AND ONLY if you have left proper feedback for my shop. Our etsy shops have been hit with so many consumers using feedback as a means to damage and destroy our online reputation. I do not like this so positive feedbacks are returned - negative feedback is ridiculous so if you do this to my shop on Etsy expect me to do the same. I apologize if you feel this unjust too many POLICIES on our end / sellers between etsy so problems you have with ETSY the website itself please report those concerns to the staff at etsy NOT individual shops.

Customs tags are marked accordingly to the price you paid on the invoice. If you buy 200 bucks in feathers from me - the customs tag will be marked that included with your invoice and goods - it is the BUYER's responsibility for all customs duties / fees - if you see your package listed in Jax/Miami it means your package last known scan was my international hub above and your package is 1. on route to you 2. in customs waiting to be inspected.

Refunds and Exchanges


Featherreport.US accepts Returns ONLY under these terms:
- on un-opened products / un-used
- you have shipped the entire package to me back including any complimentary gifts

- I will not give refunds to those that leave negative feedback period
- I only give refunds when its a mistake on my end. I take my sales seriously.
- When proper feedback is left in positive fashion I will leave your positive feedback
- If you left negative feedback don't expect any refund.

PAYPAL: IS DUE time payment is rendered. I do NOT accept Visa/MC or DIRECT pay I personally love PayPal and the support it provides.

I ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED Addresses on the PAYPAL shipping document.
If you write me "OH i forgot to put my correct address" I am not going to justify all this in writing to you I ship out so quickly many times your package already went. I do NOT ship to address's not provided as verified or confirmed be it INTERNATIONAL or DOMESTIC. I ONLY ship to those address's listed on the PayPal address. Any requests to send your package elsewhere will be ignored. Contact me prior to purchasing if you have concerns on this.
