Welcome to the policies page for Senojal Designs. All listings show one set of stationery, however I can print as many cards as you like. The minimum order for photo cards is 25. If you need more, simply send me a convo, and I'll be happy to set up a custom listing for you to purchase.
Payment
All sales are final at the time of purchase. At this time, I only accept payment via PayPal, and payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase. Because I specialize in custom stationery, I will not begin work on an order until payment has been received.
Shipping
I will ship orders within 3 business days of proof approval to the address listed on your etsy invoice unless otherwise informed. All shipping is through the USPS or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight of your order. I'll do my best to get the best shipping price for you. If you're interested in adding shipping insurance or express shipping to your order, please let me know before you purchase an item so I can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're unhappy with an item you purchased, please let me know so we can work out a solution.
Because of the custom nature of my product, all sales are final {unless, of course, I make a mistake}. Double check your order to ensure that all the information is correct before you make a purchase. Before I print your cards, you'll be given a chance to approve the order via a digital file. Once you approve the file, I will print your order, so be sure to check it carefully.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of my products are printed on FSC and Green Seal certified cardstock that contains 30 percent post-consumer fiber. Translation: Not only is my paper pretty, it's also eco-friendly.
Color may vary slightly between what you see on the monitor and the final printed product. I've done my best to accurately represent the colors, but different monitor calibrations can affect how colors look on screen.
