Welcome
At Felix and Paco, we care about your health and ours. All materials used are non-toxic whenever possible, and our items are lovingly created in a completely smoke-free environment. Adhesive and protective coatings are selected for both their quality and safety. We prefer water-soluble glues and coatings to the more toxic varieties, so please protect your purchases from moisture unless they are noted as water-resistant!
All items are carefully handmade with the utmost attention to quality and detail. If you have any questions or comments about your item, please feel free to convo us.
Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal only at this time. If we do not receive payment within three (3) days after purchase, we will consider the sale canceled and void and will relist the item accordingly.
Customers who place custom orders must provide us with 50% of the item's price in advance. When the item is finished and ready to be shipped, the buyer will owe the balance. Once we receive payment, we will ship the custom item within five (5) business days unless other special arrangements have been made.

Shipping
All items will be shipped within three (3) business days after payment clears through PayPal. To keep our costs (and thus prices) low, all shipping materials and packaging are recycled whenever possible, but please be assured that the contents of your parcel have been wrapped and protected with care. We will ship to anywhere on the globe but higher shipping rates may apply. Please convo us for international shipping prices.
All packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation to protect us from fraud and you from non-delivery. Because our items are one-of-a-kind originals and therefore entirely irreplaceable, we take shipping very seriously. More valuable items may incur higher shipping costs because we will choose a premium shipping method to ensure a prompt, safe delivery to you.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not usually accept returns or exchanges on most items. Store credit or a customized item may be offered in the rare event that an item is defective or damaged in transit. If an item must be returned, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

If we told you, you could make your own and then we'd go out of business. Just be assured that the materials are often repurposed or recycled, and almost all adhesives and protective sealants are non-toxic. Please use common sense when using and handling our products.
