Orders are packed and prepared for shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays, and mailed out on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If for some reason your order is delayed more than 5 business days, you will receive a full shipping refund. If you pay more than it costs to ship, I will issue you a refund! Due to Etsy shipping tier restrictions, most customers who purchase 3+ items will receive a partial refund.
Payment is due within 24 hours of purchasing.

Single skein orders are shipped USPS First Class mail at $3. Orders of 2 or more skeins will be charged as follows:
2-6 skeins: $4.95
8-12 skeins: free shipping
International customers:
All international orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. If you'd like to order one skein and want cheaper (first class) shipping, let me know in the Notes to Seller box.
