We accept Paypal payments only and the item will only be dispatched when the full payment has been received.All items will have postage added to the purchase cost. All prices are exclusive of vat.
Buyers will have 24 hours within which to cancel an order and will receive a full refund through Paypal.
All items will be dispatched within 5 days of receipt of payment.
Purchases that have been dispatched will be confirmed via email and the buyer informed of any tracking number provided if required.
All items are shipped using British Royal Mail Standard First Class/ Airmail, please see expected delivery times below:
Deliveries to the UK and Channels Islands can be expected 2-3 days.
Deliveries to Europe can be expected between 5-7 days.
Deliveries to the rest of the world can be expected between 7-10 days.

If for any reason there are delays by Royal Mail due to unforseen weather conditions, strikes etc. we will let buyers know via email of expected delays to delivery times.
If a buyer would like their purchase to be sent guaranteed, priority, international signed for or registered mail, buyers should expect to pay considerably more for postage above listed postage prices. If a buyer wishes to choose any of these options for postage, please let us know and we will email you with a quotation. In this case please contact us prior to making payment so we can invoice in full including additional postage costs.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
If a buyer would like to add insurance to their package this will be available through Royal Mail at an extra cost, please contact us for details.
All items are packaged with the highest care and protective wrapping . Most items are small, light and will fit into a small packet or large letter postal format. If there are items that are larger and more fragile these items will be packaged within a rigid box or container.
We are committed to using packaging that is recycled or from sustainable sources as much as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Full refunds will be given if order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If an item is received in an unfit/damaged condition that can be seen as a result of poor packaging buyers can send the item back for exchange and we will pay for postage. Please contact us immediately if this is the case.
If a buyer is unhappy with their purchase we are happy to offer an exchange however the buyer will need to pay for the return postage. Buyers will also need to make sure the item is wrapped/packed properly in order to receive an exchange. If we receive items that have been packed poorly and as a result the item is damaged we will not be able to make an exchange.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown if placing custom orders.
Listed items which form part of an edition will not be reproduced as a second edition for custom orders. Buyers can contact us if interested in something they would like as edition and we will create something unique. Specific numbers cannot be guaranteed if a buyer requests any in particular
