5 out of 5 starsExtremely beautiful and very detailed ring! I think it looks even better than in the picture. I ordered this on the 8th (with engraving) and it already arrived on the 17th being shipped to the EU, so everything went very quickly. Thank you!

Casting Company
NSW, Australia
We use digital sculpting software to create 3D printable models which we print in-house. We cast our own silver pieces, but for gold we send our 3D printed models to this company so they can cast them in 10/14/18K gold. We then desprue, polish, oxidise, stone-set & hand-finish the metal castings.

Frequently asked questions
Are taxes included in your price?
Etsy is now collecting sales tax for some US states, for NZ, for Norway and for the UK (orders under £135 only) they are not collecting VAT/sales tax for most of Europe/Canada/etc.
If taxes are applicable and are not specifically collected by Etsy at checkout, they may be assessed and collected by your government or on their behalf by the postal service once your order reaches the delivery country.
All taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, if you are purchasing a gift to be sent directly to the recipient outside Australia and taxes aren't collected at checkout, you may wish to have it sent to you instead so you can forward it on to them.
Please note we can not mark orders as gifts or with a lower value to avoid import costs.
What is your production time? What if I haven't received my order yet?
Our items are made to order. At present most items have a 10-15 business days turnaround time. You'll see the exact turnaround time in the description for the item.
Please note if your order is a large one (5+ pieces) it may sometimes take us a day or two longer to complete.
We're committed to getting your purchase to you, but sometimes mail can take longer to arrive depending on delays with customs/the postal service/etc. If you have not received your order within 40 days of dispatch please let us know so that we can have missing shipments investigated & begin insurance claims as needed. After 85 days we can not lodge an insurance claim, so we ask you to contact us before this.
What if I have changed my mind?
If you change your mind on receiving your non-customised order we will refund the cost on return of the undamaged item.
Please note we may not be able to fully refund custom/personalized orders.
We request that you contact us within 14 days of receipt. The undamaged item must be returned in its original gift box. We suggest sending orders back in a manner that can be insured (US and Canadian customers can purchase inexpensive insurance through u-pic.com which is less expensive than USPS/Canada Post) just in case the package is lost or damaged in transit.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the undamaged item back. Please note we do not reimburse return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
What if my order is damaged in transit or there is a mistake with it?
We believe our responsibility doesn't end when we put your package in the mail.
All orders are insured against loss or damage in transit, so if you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, please contact us. We ask that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items as photographs may be required by our insurer before a claim can be made. Our insurer will also require you to fill out a very short online form to confirm damage or loss.
If you have received your order but we've made an error, we're sorry! Despite our best efforts we do sometimes make mistakes, so please let us know and we'll make it right for you. We want your experience to be hassle-free.
I have had other rings cause skin discolouration before, can you guarantee that your rings won't do this?
Our jewellery is not rhodium plated, so can sometimes tarnish slightly on its way to you, just enough that the first 1-2 days of wear can cause slight skin discolouration as it interacts with any moisture on your skin. If you find this is happening to you, we recommend polishing the inside of your ring with the jewellery cleaning cloth we include in the care kit for your order.
If you find your jewellery causes ongoing skin discolouration (this is very rare) for more than 2-3 days, or if it starts to turn grey/black when you wear it, you may be more sensitive/reactive to copper/other metals and we suggest coating the inside of your ring with a product like jewelryshield to create a barrier layer so your skin can not react to the metal.
What if I've ordered the wrong ring size?
If you have received your ring and discovered that the size you ordered is not the size you need, we can usually remake it for you--just send us a message to get started! We will need you to return the ring at your expense, carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
If your ring has a patterned band the whole way around we can generally size it up by 1/4 to 1/2 a size, but it can't be made smaller or significantly larger without adding or removing metal which causes a break in the pattern. We are not able to offer this kind of resizing, but we are able to remake it in a different size. If your ring is gold, there will generally be an extra cost to have it remade in the correct size.
Can you make me a custom ring with a theme or pattern I choose?
Send us a message with details of what you would like and we will see if it is something we can make!
We retain the rights to all patterns and design elements we create. If you would like a unique ring which will never be duplicated for another customer, please let us know and we will work out the exclusive price to custom design a ring for you alone.
How ethical are your materials?
Our silver and gold are ethically sourced, mainly recycled, and eco-friendly. Our workshop is solar powered. We do not deal in conflict diamonds, and do our best to avoid stones such as natural emeralds if there is doubt as to how ethically they were sourced. With lower-value stones it can be difficult to prove that they were ethically handled every step of the way (from the mining, to the sale of rough, to the cutting into finished shapes), as it is extremely rare to have a certificate following an inexpensive stone from start to finish. We make sure to source our gemstones from trusted suppliers and try to support small businesses where possible. We also have a selection of lab grown stones that are both affordable and earth-friendly.
Will the stone in my ring look exactly like the one in the photo?
Smaller stones 5mm and under generally have a similar appearance - there can be more variation for stones such as moonstone, tourmaline, rainbow moonstone, labradorite and opal, and any stone with irregular colour patterns.
Some larger stones are very consistent in appearance, such as lab grown sapphires and rubies, black onyx and black spinel, white and blue topaz.
Other stones such as opal, labradorite, rainbow moonstone, amethyst, aquamarine, copper turquoise, tanzanite and tourmalinated quartz can differ more from stone to stone.
If you have particular requirements for a stone we recommend sending us a quick message to discuss it and we will do our best to match your needs.
Will I receive the exact ring in the photos?
Our rings are made specially for you once you have placed an order and we know the ring size you need.
The rings you see in our listing photographs are either photography models or rings made for other customers in the past.
