All shades are imaginations turned into reality from my little head. Just call it audacious eclecticism with an edge. They are handmade using antique and vintage fabrics and some newer high-end fabrics. I enjoy using feathers, filigrees (hence the name filigreelamps) antique buttons, glass beads, stones, all sorts of unique fringes, trims and appliqués... Prices for shipping include insurance. I will also be putting out some matching pillows along with the shades, clothing items here and there that I design and various vintage items...

If you have an awesome frame for a shade that needs to be restored or a different look convo me and I'll do what I can to help. If you purchase more than one item I will be happy to combine shipping. It is important to not use extremely high wattage bulbs, a 40 watt bulb is usually enough. Please remember that when using textiles that are sometimes over 100 years old that they will not be perfect but will be beautifully aged.
