• All proofs are sent via email.
• Be sure to view your spam folder if you do not see your proofs in your inbox on your delivery date.
• Please note current closing times when making your purchase. Our closing dates may affect the date in which you receive your proofs, and will be noted on our shop’s store front.

RUSH SERVICES:

PROOFS:
We do all of our designing and customization during the day.
Proofs are sent in the evening from 7:00 PM EST on.

INQUIRIES:
Messages and inquiries are answered within 3 business days, in the evening from 7:00 PM EST on.

REVISIONS:
Revisions to proofs are sent after 7:00 PM EST.

WEEKEND ORDERS:
For orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the following monday will be considered your First Business Day.

If you have a placed an order with us before our closing date and are awaiting your proof, it will be delivered as stated in our proof schedule. There will be no delays in finalizing your order.
