{ 2012 SHOP TIMELINE}
We RARELY shut down the shop completely but 2012 is a big year in our family. Heres what that schedule looks like so you arent caught by surprise!

JUNE 10-23: GETTING MARRIED OUT OF THE COUNTRY!!!!
We will shut the shop down a few days before leaving. I'm no bridezilla but I don't want to turn into one. As always, make sure to read our shipping policies on (especially) international shipping times which we cannot control. Our policies can be found here, please make sure to read them before ordering this holiday season, and thank you again for your business!!!!!!

{SHIPPING}
We process all orders in the order in which they are received. If you need something immediately please check with us BEFORE placing an order. We try to accommodate all requests to "ship ASAP"...but our "ASAP" may still be several days from when you place an order. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days depending on what you order and our order load at the time. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible however, and many orders go out within just a day or two! We ship daily Monday through Friday but not on the weekends.

{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }
We're getting a lot of requests about international package tracking. Please read our policies on international shipping and consider contacting us to register the package or pay for priority or express if you need it immediately. The AVERAGE shipping time internationally ranges anywhere from 2-6 WEEKS and can take longer, with no tracking available unless you opt for FedEx or UPS (which is extremely expensive). Please contact us before placing an international order if you are NOT OK with this. We will not replace international packages if you don't pay for tracking via FedEx or UPS. That being said, you can see from our feedback we try very hard to have happy customers, and we'll do as much as we possibly can to help locate a missing package.

{ WHOLESALE }
Wholesale orders are orders over 30 items which receive a 20% discount (mix/match is fine. Rolled rosettes and elastic yardage do not receive a wholesale discount ever,). Please contact us for wholesale PRIOR to placing an order. We do not automatically discount orders over 30 flowers, you must contact us first.

Wholesale orders over $100 after discount will receive FREE SHIPPING

{ RESERVED LISTINGS }
We've had to implement a new policy this year to help us with our inventory management. When we set up a reserved listing, (if we haven't discussed this ahead of time), if its not purchased within 2 days of being set up we will attempt to contact you about it. If we don't hear back within 24 hours we will deactivate the listing. Unfortunately we've had a number of folks wait several weeks to check out, and it makes it very hard to manage our inventory. If you need a custom order several weeks out please just check with us first that we can hold those items!

{ FEEDBACK and CUSTOMER SERVICE }
We always leave feedback but please be patient with us, I usually go and complete a bunch at one time, once or twice a month.
Regarding YOUR feedback we love to hear it! You can see by our score we have excellent feedback with minimal neutrals and negatives. Of course you can't make everyone happy but please contact us if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback about our products. We will always do anything we can to make a situation right if you are not happy with your transaction! Just let us know so we can try to make it better!
