{ADD ONS} We can no longer process additions to your order. Whatever you ordered will ship so please look it over carefully before submitting your order. We're so sorry but we're starting to spend a LOT of time adding on and invoicing people for add on orders, and it detracts from our ability to get our already-placed orders out efficiently to you! If you need a different quantity than what's listed in the shop just contact us and we can create a custom listing for you with EXACTLY what you need!
{WHOLESALE} Wholesale discounts are available in our shop! Please email us at hello [!at] fleuristesupplies.com so we can send you all the wholesale details.
{RUSH ORDERS} We don't see notes to seller until we print orders to process, so if you need something ASAP please check with us first. We ship orders in the order they are received. If you need a rush order there is a $15 rush order fee. Convo us and we'll invoice you this rush fee. Your order (whatever is in stock) will ship within 24 hours of payment of that fee. If for any reason we can't ship within 24 hours of payment of the fee we will let you know and refund the fee! Unfortunately we're getting so many rush requests every day that its becoming unfair to those who placed orders earlier. Please understand that we do try to ship as quickly as we possibly can, but to guarantee earlier shipment you'll need to do an official rush order.
{BUSINESS HOURS} Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9-5, however many of you will know I work a LOT more than that. Over the weekend I will not be looking at the websites, emails or convos at ALL! (I need to clean my house sometime bahahaha! ). Any requests for information/emails/convos/texts I receive on a Saturday or Sunday will now be responded to Monday. Thanks so much!!!! { INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }
We're getting a lot of requests about international package tracking. Please read our policies on international shipping and consider contacting us to register the package or pay for priority or express if you need it immediately. The AVERAGE shipping time internationally ranges anywhere from 2-6 WEEKS and can take longer, with no tracking available unless you opt for FedEx or UPS (which is extremely expensive). Please contact us before placing an international order if you are NOT OK with this. WE WILL NOT REPLACE international packages if you don't pay for tracking via FedEx or UPS. We also cannot track international packages unfortunately....I get lots of requests for tracking so just to be clear international packages carry NO TRACKING unless you request FedEx shipment. We cannot see it once it leaves our office.That being said, you can see from our feedback we try very hard to have happy customers, and we'll do as much as we possibly can to help locate a missing package.
{ RESERVED LISTINGS }
When we set up a reserved listing, (if we haven't discussed this ahead of time), if its not purchased within 2 days of being set up we will cancel it and return the items to our available inventory. Unfortunately we've had a number of folks wait several weeks to check out, and it makes it very hard to manage our inventory. If you need a custom order several weeks out please just check with us first that we can hold those items!
{ FEEDBACK and CUSTOMER SERVICE }
We always leave feedback but please be patient with us, I usually go and complete a bunch at one time, once or twice a week. Regarding YOUR feedback we love to hear it! You can see by our score we have excellent feedback with minimal neutrals and negatives. Of course you can't make everyone happy but please contact us if you are thinking of leaving a neutral or negative feedback about our products. We will always do anything we can to make a situation right if you are not happy with your transaction! Just let us know so we can try to make it better!
