LEAD-TIME FOR PRINTABLE FILES:

A low resolution file will be sent out to the e-mail address linked to your Etsy account for an approval within 24 - 72 hours after purchase and after all of the requested information (per the purchased listing) have been submitted.
Customized printable party packages may take up to 4-5 business days (after payment and all of the requested information have been submitted).
Once the file proof has been approved, the finalized file will be e-mailed within the next 24 hours. If you need the order sooner, please contact me to see if I can make this happen for you!
* Files are sent via youSENDit and may sometimes get stuck in spam folders. If you have not received a file from me within the given timeframe, please check your spam folder, otherwise, feel free to contact me at louisa [!at] flipawoo.com.

Colors you see on computer monitors may not look exactly the same in prints. If the colors seem off to you in your test prints (proof), please let me know so that I can tweak them to your satisfaction.

Payment
FLIPAWOO will not start on any design work until payment has been cleared via Paypal.

TERMS: All printable files and designs from FLIPAWOO are for personal-use only and should not be distributed and shared. Resale of any files as a digital and printed document in any form for any digital and printed medium are strictly prohibited. FLIPAWOO retains all rights (including custom work).
Shipping
Lead-Time for Print Orders:
All print orders will be shipped out within the next 3-5 business days (unless specified differently in the listing) of final proof approval. Print orders will not begin until payment has cleared via Paypal. Rush printing service is available for $10 extra. Print orders can be shipped out within the next 1-2 business days with this option.
Expedited shipping service is available.
An email will be sent out confirming the shipping date along with a tracking number.
IMPORTANT: Physical orders will be shipped to your address linked to your Paypal account. Please make sure your account has been updated with the correct shipping address.
FLIPAWOO is not responsible for lost packages/orders during shipment. Insurance is available for an extra fee. Please convo me for more details. If interested in purchasing insurance, be sure to let me know before the order is shipped out. I will then send you a Paypal invoice for the extra charge.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the order, I cannot make any refunds or exchanges. However, if for some reason the printed order does not match the APPROVED digital proof, I will re-print and ship out another order right away without extra charge. Since every monitor is set-up differently, please note that colors seen in digital proofs may differ from the colors seen in the actual prints.
It is not FLIPAWOO's responsibility if the file approval has been made by the customer and mistakes have been found after printing. When proofing your file, please be sure to check for any errors before making an approval. This can be done by looking at every part of the design work and by also making a test print. Please also note that colors on the monitor can slightly differ from your prints. Test prints can help solve this problem since I can adjust the colors to your satisfaction before finalizing the file for print.
When giving photos for any design work, please be sure that they are a minimum of 300 DPI. The quality of the photo print also depends on the quality of the submitted photo.
