Valentino and Margaret's superior craftsmanship was matched by their excellent communication throughout the design and build process. The only challenge we had was with the intermediate shipping company's communication (CTL LAX), but Valentino stepped in and worked out the kinks. Many thanks to Flow for our beautiful heirloom!
