flutterknits' Shop Policies

Welcome

All items are designed and handmade by me. I also do all my own patterns. Patterns for any of my items are available upon request, but are for personal use only and not intended to be resold or copied and are also not licenced to be used to make products that will be sold.

Since I am an independant operation, turn around times will vary, so check with me before purchase if you will need the item within two weeks, to see if it is available.

Payment

Payments must be made by Paypal or money order within one week of ordering your item. If for any reason your payment will be delayed you must contact me first or your order will be cancelled.

Shipping

I ship all items USPS first class.

Refunds and Exchanges

All returns are for shop credit only unless otherwise arranged with me. Returns must be made within two weeks of recieving your item. All return shipping is at the customers cost. Custom made items are not elegible for return.
