fragranceoil's Shop Policies
Thanks for stopping by my fragrance oil shop. My parents own a fragrance oil company- so my variety is virtually endless ! I cannot possibly list every fragrance that is available to me- so if you don't see one of your favorites listed in my shop- just drop me a line and I will see what I can do to get your favorites for you. I am currently working on a master list of available fragrances by category which I hope to finish soon.
Our fragrance oils can be used for a variety of projects including (but not limited to !): soapmaking, candlemaking, reed diffusers, perfume making, firestarters, hair products, lotions, shower gels, bubble baths, scrubs, potpourri, dryer balls, polymer clay scenting, incense, scenting sachets, aroma burners, bath salts, to freshen linens, scent pinecones and more !
Payment is due upon checkout. If payment is not received after 7 days, the order will be cancelled and negative feedback left.
We accept the following method of payment:
► Paypal (you do not need a paypal account to pay using paypal, just a credit/debit card or you can pay using an e-check).
► Credit/Debit Cards- Through paypal or contact us as we can take your credit/debit card directly.
Orders paid for by e-check will have to clear before shipment is sent.
We do our very best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. We know how important it is to get your order in your hands as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of our business, it may take up to 3 business days for us to send your order out. Please plan accordingly or drop us e-mail to let us know that your order is urgent in nature. (Gift for example).
Insurance is optional but recommended. Please contact us if you would like insurance on your package.
Most orders are shipped first class mail. Larger orders generally ship priority mail.
We care about our environment ! Please note that we sometimes reuse clean packing peanuts to reduce waste. We also try to combine fragrances in larger bottles if possible. (Example: if you order three 1 oz. bottles of our strawberry fragrance, we will combine it in one larger bottle instead of three smaller bottles unless otherwise requested).

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot offer returns or exchanges. All sales final.
In the event of defective items (or if we accidentally shipped the wrong product) we will replace items. We reserve the right to ask for photos or to have product returned to us.
Damaged Items: If your items are damaged during shipment, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item(s). The item will be replaced with a duplicate item. Again, insurance is optional but recommended. Please contact us if you would like insurance on your package.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges because you didn't care for a particular scent. We encourage the purchase of sample sizes so that you can try a scent before investing in a larger size. This way, you can determine that you like the scent, your customers like the scent or that the scent works properly in your chosen application.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We welcome questions, custom orders, requests for different scents or sizes, trade requests, etc.
Fragrance oils are sold by weight, not volume.
Duties, customs charges, etc. on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
