Please allow at least 7-10 days for personalized items to be created and then an additional 2-3 days once shipped based on your location. Depending on the complexity of customization, and an often overloaded schedule, completion of certain items may vary. If you need an item finished and shipped urgently, please contact us BEFORE purchase and we will try to find the options best to accommodate you. Also, if you are searching for an item that is not listed in our shop but think we might be able to make for you, please feel free to contact us with your request!
