Q: What is your turnaround time from when I order?
A: Usually 3-4 "unless" there is missing information such as device type or details for monogramming. There will be a delay in your order if there is missing information.
Q: Can you make covers for any device?
A: My covers are made-to-order and I can accomodate most devices smaller than an ipad. If it's bigger than an ipad I don't have long enough zippers to create a book style case. I can also make sleeves for laptops depending on fabric availability.
Q: What is soft cover? hard cover?
A: Soft covers consist of fabric & foam. It is similar to paperback books and can be rolled back or folded back. Hard covers consist of fabric, foam & chipboard. It is similar to hard cover books or 3 ring binders. My hard covers are a little easier to fold back than the soft cover.
Q: Can I get chipboard placed on covers that do not have them?
A: Yes just let me know and I will create a custom listing for you.
Q: I like a certain style but it doesn't have the fabric I like... can I get it made with a different fabric?
A: Yes let me know and I will create a custom order for you. I will usually create the cover and send you the listing prior to your purchase. I cannot special order a fabric for you or have you send me your fabric. There are too many uncertainties and I have had too many problems in the past with special order fabrics.
