Welcome
I have lots of fun creating all my work, and I hope you’ll all enjoy looking at it just as much!
I love a creation that looks good and has been well made, so this is what I try to do. Aesthetics are of course subjective, but a well made item will prove itself over time. I’ve personally been ‘destruction testing’ my products for years, they haven’t let me down yet.
Payment
I accept paypal, and cheques (I can only accept cheques from UK customers, these should be made payable to Freya Laughton) I will only send out orders when I’ve received payment. Items must be paid for within three days of placing an order.
Shipping
Delivery times – if the item ordered is in stock I aim to send it out within 5 working days of receipt of payment. For items not in stock, such as commissions made to order please allow longer for these to be made.
Shipping in the UK – all orders will be sent by first class mail.
£1 postage for orders under £5
£2 postage for orders £5 – £20
£3 postage for orders over £20 These will be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature.
Shipping overseas – orders under £20 will be sent by airmail; orders over £20 will be sent by international ‘signed for’ and will require a signature.
£4 postage is charged for orders within Europe and £6 postage on all orders worldwide.
Let me know if you require your order urgently, or have any special postage requests and I’ll see what I can do.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product, please return it to me within 7 days of receipt, and I will exchange or refund your purchase. I must receive any such goods in mint condition. If the goods were damaged when you received them, or were supplied in error, I will refund the cost of shipping. I cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way back, so please retain proof of posting.

Mailing list – if you would like to join my mailing list to be notified about new products and special events, please get in touch, I do not share your contact details with anyone.
Availability – please note that all my products are handmade and no two items are identical.
If you see an item you like that has already sold it may be possible for me to make something similar, get in touch and I’ll see what I can make for you.
Everything I make comes from a non-smoking and pet free environment.
