Thank you very much for taking the time to take a look at our Original Frill 'er Up Couture Tutus.

All of the materials used are of the highest quality because nothing is to good for your little girl. Our super soft nylon tulle is made in the USA and our satin ribbon is imported from Switzerland. Our tutus are sewn and never tied using one long piece of tulle rather than strips of tulle. The waistband features premium non-roll elastic. Each tulle confection is lovingly created to order, by me in my home, in the Great Lake State, Michigan.

I LOVE custom orders so if you don't see something you would like in the shop, just ask and we can create the gift of your dreams or something sweet for yourself.
