FrouFrou a GoGo hunts the neighborhood for thrifted leather goods, then deconstructs and reconstructs to design unique leather handbags for fabulous femmes like you.

Frou Frou was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and now resides in the urban 'burbs of Washington DC with her two teen-aged boys.

FrouFrou a GoGo ships free of charge in the USA, girls. And I keep my shipping costs low to accomodate all my international clients, too!

I'm so glad you've come to FrouFrou a GoGo!

I strive (really, really hard) to create handbag designs that will make you happy and will fit your needs, and I hope that every customer will be thrilled with their FrouFrou a GoGo handbag.

Payment

PayPal has been very good for me and my customers, but I've also happily accepted personal checks - no worries, no problem!

Shipping

I ship as quickly as possible for speedy delivery, and I include "Delivery Confirmation" in your shipment so that I can be sure your bag has arrived safely.

You can always expect shipping within 7 days of purchase, and FrouFrou a GoGo is happy to ship all packages free of charge, both domestic and international.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase you may exchange it for another bag from my shop. If you choose a new bag that's less expense than the one you're returning, I'll include a check in the new shipment for the difference in price, and if you choose a bag that's more expensive that the one you're returning, no worries, I'll adjust the price to match the price of the bag that you're returning!
