Remember you only pay shipping for the first item, no matter how many you buy. Insurance is always included in shipping price!! Our items are mailed safely in bubble wrap inside a bubble mailer. All packages are shipped via Canada Post, air mail, unless requested otherwise.

We believe that everyone should be happy with their purchase. In fact, your satisfaction with the purchase process is my priority so please convo me if you have any questions or concerns.

Payment

We accept Paypal, and personal cheques.

Please make your payments out to Crystal Cave. Please make Paypal payments or mail your monies within 7 days of purchase.

7% sales tax added for B.C. residents only.

Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping for all our items. That means you only pay the listed amount for that item, and any other items you purchase on the same invoice, from us.

Insurance is included in postage price - if you do not receive your item within 30 days after shipping we will refund your purchase price.Our items are mailed safely in bubble wrap inside a bubble mailer. All packages are shipped via Canada Post, air mail, unless requested otherwise.

Please remember that it can take up to four weeks for items to arrive from Canada to the USA, England and overseas depending on time of year and boarder constraints.
