I have received an overwhelming amount of messages regarding trade secrets and I will not return convos asking about where I obtain my materials and how I assemble my items. My glass is handmade by a local artist and some of the core materials are available for wholesale upon request.***

Shipping is handled through the USPS and all packages come with delivery confirmation, as Paypal requires (except for Int'l orders). Shipping is based appropriately with confirmation plus weight.

Please allow 10-14 days for creation of your item. Some are more time consuming than others, which will be posted in the listing to give a better idea of the needed timeframe. My order volume typically stays high and I work to maintain my queue of orders between working a full time job, costume/cosplay commissions and family life.

Commissions and special requests are handled as time between paid orders allow.
