Bonjour!
• Welcome! Bienvenue! You'll find in my shop prints of my illustrations and some little things i prepare from time to time, inspired from my work (cards, notebooks, bookmarks, stickers etc) and depending on the furniture i find here and there (necklaces & pendants, notebooks/journals, etc).

Payment
• For all payments outside France = via Paypal only.
• For french customers = checks are accepted on exceptionnal bases and please note that the order will take longer to be sent. Send me a message before placing your order in that case.
• If payment isn't made in 48 hours, i may send you a message, but in any case, Etsy will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
• If you have a question about anything, please send me a message before checking out: i'll make my best to awnser you!

For every order equal to 15€ (19$) > 2€ will go to WWF, and more according on the order amount.

Shipping
• Within 6 days after the payment in a carefully chosen and adapted envelope/parcel (i stamp a "fragile" mention), unless specific delay is given in the item description (this can happen for custom orders).
• If urgent (for a gift for example), please send me a message before checking out so we can work something out.
• I'm not responsible for transportation delays or incidents, please note that your purchase will take about a week in the U.E. to arrive, and about 10/25 days in the rest of the world.
• If anything came to happen during the transportation, i'd be sorry to hear it, but i take all precautions so that the shipping goes well (see "refunds and exchanges" section).
• Shipping is made through regular mail, no tracking because of its high cost.
• Please check that your Etsy adress is correct. Unless specific mention (gift adress) in the comment box while checking out, i won't take time to double check your informations.
Refunds and Exchanges
• No refund or exchange is systematic, and nothing will happen without a picture of what went wrong.
• No refund or exchange can be made on a custom order, since it's... made for you only :)
• However, in case of any consequent problem, please contact me.
