Giant Squid Press is a full service letterpress and graphic design studio located in Astoria, Queens, NYC.
We specialize in custom wedding invitations and limited edition concert posters. All of our work is hand printed on a Vandercook Universal I or III press. Whenever possible we use hand set metal and/or antique wooodtype. We feel its important to stay true to the process...after all it is called "Letter" press.
We use 100% recycled or 100% cotton tree-free paper, low-VOC and recycled ink whenever possible.
Shipping prices vary depending on the size of the piece. All posters are shipped flat using reinforced corrugated cardboard, that way you wont spend days trying to uncurl it.
We also do custom wedding invitations, stationery, greeting cards, and baby announcements.
