WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
-I try to ship out orders within 3-7 days from order date. However, I will contact you if I need a little more time due to any health issues. I'm a one woman shop and an artist living with chronic illnesses. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
-You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped out.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING OR DAMAGED
-Unfortunately once packages are in the postal service hands there is a small chance packages can be mishandled during shipment, which I don't have control over.
-However, if your package is missing please check with your local USPS for tracking updates. Also be sure to check with your neighbors/apartment complex in case of mistakes in delivery.
-If there is still an issue please email me your order number at shop@mogigi.com and we can work something out!
PAYMENTS & TAXES
-All prices are in ($) USD. Please use an online currency converter to see the cost for your country.
-Sales Tax will be collected for domestic orders.
-International Duties, Taxes are not collected. So please looking into any taxes/duties you may need to pay before purchasing. Please Read VAT
