The making of honey-cakes was known since ancient times. Gingerbread has been baked in Europe for centuries. In some places, it was a soft, delicately spiced cake; in others, a crisp, flat cookie, and in others, warm, thick, steamy-dark squares of "bread," sometimes served with a pitcher of lemon sauce or whipped cream.
Our honey-cakes are decorative, healty and made from organic pure set honey, organic eggs, flour and spices.
They are long lasting, and whenever one finally gets tired of the picture, one has a pleasure of eating it."
