Order Processing Time
- All order will usually be shipped out in around 3-10 business days. For made to order items, if there is a high order volume or if an event occurs that delays the orders, it can take 2-3+ weeks. The length depends on several factors including the amount of orders I have. I do custom make each item for each person, so everything is made to order which takes a great deal longer than mass produced products. If you need your item sooner, please add-on the "rush my order" option located under the shipping section. If you need it by a specific date, please contact me first as there are no guaranteed delivery dates since everything is handmade and the post office does not guarantee ship times either, so making an arrangement beforehand is the best option.
Custom items that are not listed in the shop (new shades not in the shop, ideas made by customers and such) may take longer depending on how big the project is and/or if I need to order supplies for your custom item.

**Please note if you've recently repurchased a shade, that I'm reformulating some of the eyeshadows to make them even better, so there may be a slight difference in color compared to previous jars. Exotic Jungle and Frankenstein in particular have been reformulated to have better adhesion and it has made the shades slightly darker.
Ingredients are now available in the eyeshadow and pigment listings. Need an ingredients list in another method? Feel free to request a copy of ingredients for the shades you purchase to be sent via email or a hardcopy sent along with your order if you'd like, or message me here on etsy.
