One of the unique characteristics of dichroic glass is its reflecting color. Pictures don't really express the true beauty and depth of the piece. Carapace said the following about a pendant she won: "Wow. Wow! The pendant came today. It's amazing-the pictures didn't even come close to doing it justice. The wire wrapping is so liquid, I love the way it twirls around the glass-and the glass looks like a field of blue fireworks! It's just an amazing piece, and I'm so thrilled to have it.
