All pieces are carefully handmade in Chicago with polymer clay. Books are created with polymer and book board, using a variety of papers, Irish waxed linen thread and variations of the ancient Coptic paired needle stitch. An exposed binding like the Coptic stitch is strong, decorative and allows the book to open completely flat. This is great for ease of use whether drawing, writing or gluing.
