**PLEASE HAVE BASIC knowledge of Photoshop, layers AND clipping masks before purchasing templates.
We use Photoshop CS4 & CS5 to create our templates. Our templates are compatible with Photoshop CS2 and higher, newer versions of Photoshop Elements and Photoshop for Mac.
*Please note - We supply the names of the fonts used, but not the .ttf files. But, all are free and easy to find online.
DELIVERY OF TEMPLATES: Templates will be delivered to your EMAIL address provided. PLEASE allow 24-48 hours, after payment has cleared, to receive your templates - look to
'shop policies'.
**PLEASE DOWNLOAD YOUR TEMPLATES when you purchase them, links to download WILL expire in 120 hours. We DO NOT re-issue templates due to overwriting, deletion of files or failure to download links before the 120 hours is up. We strongly recommended that you make a backup of your templates.
If you fail to download your item(s) within the time frame allotted there will be a $7 re-send fee for EACH item that needs to be re-sent. Thank you for your understanding!
