Stated shipping charges are domestic. All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation

I live in South Carolina Which is Shipping Zone 1, shipping charges are calculated for zone 8, since many of my orders are from that zone. IF An order from a nearer zone results in shipping/tracking charges that are over $1.00 more than the actual shipping charge, you WILL BE given a refund of the excessive charge through paypal
