Welcome to Handmade Pretties! Current lead time is about 2-4 weeks. Some orders can be processed faster depending on what it is, please contact me if you need something faster! I do have certain items prepped so they can arrive on time for birthdays!

If you are wondering if your order has shipped, check the etsy invoice. When I ship orders, I mark the invoice as shipped. I will also send you a shipping notification through etsy with tracking numbers for your package. If you have any concerns, please contact me! I will respond as soon as I can.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You are responsible for knowing your country's policies regarding international purchases. My shipping costs cover all fees to get packages OUT of the United States but may not cover all fees once inside your country. It is ILLEGAL for me to mark your package as a "gift" so I am forced to mark it as a purchase. I am a one woman show, and it is very hard for me to keep current on customs and duties for every single country. US. Standard shipping is supposed to be 6-10 days but CAN take as long as 6 weeks (it all depends on the country, and dumb luck).

ORDERS TO ITALY: Please note that I have had numerous problems shipping to Italy. Packages are arriving VERY LATE (4-6 weeks after I ship them) and the postal service in Italy is adding on unnecessary and unpredictable charges to deliver the packages. I have no control over the Italian Postal Service and I am not able to predict if they will charge additional fees to your package.

For the last three years, my cut-off for holiday orders has been November 1st. Please plan accordingly if you intend to order from my shop for Christmas.
