We use USPS PRIORITY 2-3 day shipping with tracking and flat rate boxes to give you the best deal for shipping multiple items, and include a preaddressed, prepaid package for you to send the molds back to us, with doorstep pickup INCLUDED, so you don't have to go to the packaging store, figure out shipping cost, and drive to the post office.. We pack really well! We use the whitest purest clay available, we import our clear glaze for the highest quality shine, and we have perfected our technique for 15 years-we have the deepest prints around. Our customer service is exceptional.

Give a gift certificate for your "mom to be" or "new mom or dad" for the perfect gift. It is cute (not from office store) and sent in a non-crushable envelope with the gift certificate (5x7") enclosed in a nice envelope. It can be filled out and sent directly to the gift recepient with our information and information how to order, and a gift note from you, or sent directly to you for giving in person. We also have gift "kits" that are prepackaged in a beautiful reuseable box perfect for presentation-with the mold kit inside, and a gift certificate if you choose.

I keep the casts for approximately 1 year, if you wish to reorder.
Ceramic work is kiln fired at least twice, ususally 3 times at approx. 2000 degrees F for 8-12 hours and heirloom quality. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date I receive your molds back for finished items in non-holiday times. Personalized ornaments take 4-6 weeks during non holiday times. We usually have a back up for Christmas and Mothers and Father's day, so order extra early!
