HappyHaven's Shop Announcement

For the last 2 weeks I have been sick with Streptococcal Pneumonia and was finally admitted to the hospital a week ago for treatment. Because of my illness I have been unable to tend to anything. I got home this morning and have begun sorting through and responding to all my messages. I will begin to process all pending orders and ship them as quickly as I can. I appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to complete these tasks. Please know that I am committed to this process and will do EVERYTHING that I can to have all messages answered and all pending orders shipped in the shortest amount of time possible.

I do not yet know how long it will take me to complete all the pending orders so I can not say for sure when I will reopen my shop. As soon as I can gauge the amount of time needed to get up to date on everything and estimate an approximate date to reopen I will update my Shop Announcement.

I recognize that my illness overcame me at the worst possible time and that as a result of that many people were left hanging and disappointed when their messages and orders were not processed as quickly as they would have been had I not gotten sick. I tired hard to keep going when I first got sick and then was unable to do anything when I was admitted to the hospital. I know that I have let many people down and that a great many of those are loyal customers of mine. I do hope that everyone that has been effected by my absence will take the circumstances into consideration and give me a chance to make things right. While I had no control over my illness I do feel very responsible for everything that was left undone and I will do everything in my power to take care of everything as quickly as I possibly can.
