All of the products in my shop are custom made to your dog's measurements, not stocked unless otherwise noted. YOU MUST CONTACT ME with measurements by following the chart in your listing. I do my very best to keep fabric selections current and I don't buy in huge quantities, but occassionally one will sell out before I can update. You will be notified if this happens and I'll do my best to help you choose a suitable replacement or refund your purchase price.

Orders are processed as they are received and my turnaround time is generally around 14 days within the US depending on the time of year. I am busiest from August through March. I do my best to get bellybands and Diva Pantz shipped within 36 hours because I know you NEED them!!! How is my petwear different? Well, if you have a hard-to-fit dog you will love custom! A unique pattern is made from your pet's measurements taking into account the breed of your dog and his/her unique build. Each outfit is handmade one at a time with the best fabrics and findings available. I search for unique fabrics that you just don't see in every other petwear shop and I love buying organic fabrics whenever possible. I buy only FIRST QUALITY, not seconds or overruns. Fabric is something I never skimp on!
My unique items are often copied but never duplicated. You get what you pay for.
