Most of the orders placed on the 3rd have shipped. The rest will be out by Wednesday and then we'll start on the orders placed on the 4th. We're shipping about 50 orders per day just to give you an idea of how quickly we're getting packages out.

Although the turnaround time and holiday order information was posted clearly at all times, if you'd prefer not to wait the potential 15 business days (not including shipping) just send me a convo. I will cancel your order and refund your money.

We'll start restocking the shop on Thursday. I will be contacting all special order requests this weekend. Thanks so much for your patience.

The last day for Valentine's Day orders was the 3rd, (our paypal and Etsy time zones match up so if you ordered on the 4th on Etsy, you ordered on the 4th according to Paypal). If your order came in after that it will not ship in time for Valentine's Day. Please note, while I will ship in time I have no control over the USPS, weather conditions in your areas, and acts of you know who. When you purchased it was stated that Valentines orders would ship by the 10th of February. I ship USPS priority mail which is 2 to 3 day shipping. That gives plenty of time for a Valentine's day arrival. However, with weather on the east coast pretty bad, I can not and will not be held accountable if your package doesn't arrive by the 13th. Also note, International packages always have a 7 to 15 business day turnaround time. I can't guarantee any sort of delivery time frame for International shipments. Sorry.

If your order came in after the 3rd of February you agreed to a 7 to 15 business day turnaround time not including shipping.

Our caramels and nougats are made in small, two pound batches and our marshmallows are made in orders of four. They are prepared to order, hand-poured, hand cut, and hand wrapped. This is very labor intensive process. Your order will take between 7 to 15 business days to complete (not including shipping time). Please keep this in mind before ordering.
