Payment

PayPal is the only payment accepted at this time. Payment is expected according to terms agreed in purchase/bid.

Maine residents/shipping addresses are responsible for paying 5% sales tax. Yes, I have to collect it and pay it to the state.

Cancellation of a sale will only be considered under extreme circumstances.

***Minors, please get your parents permission BEFORE you purchase*** refunds/cancellations because your parents won't let you purchase will not be considered and will result in negative feedback. (sorry, but I've been burned)

Shipping

I usually ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Parcel Post/1st Class. I will ship to your PayPal address unless you tell me otherwise.

Due to increased cost and time, I will no longer be offering international shipping on my listings.

Once it leaves my hands, I have no control over how the Post Office handles it. I will add insurance if asked (or indicated on listing/bid). I'm sorry, but I am not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please convo me if you have a concern/problem with your item - including your custom items. I will work with you to resolve it best I can. :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

Due to ever changing prices and material availability, Alchemy/Custom bids are valid for 30 days. Thanks so much for your understanding :)
