Organic fruit is being offered as it becomes available. Each Rolled Fruit Jerky [Fruit Leather] sheet is approximately 5" X 21 " contains ONE FULL CUP of puree'd Fruit and 1 TBSP locally cultivated honey (for pliability). Individual packages of Dried Fruit are weighed at 42gms. Dehydrated fruits and vegetables last for months with no refrigeration needed.
