At Heartfelt Expressions, our mission is to provide small hand crafted gifts that can be personalized for our customers. All of our gifts are custom crafted when ordered. Choose the color and/or theme for your order. For that reason, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for shipping. All purchases will be shipped regular mail. Orders can be shipped UPS with a tracking number for an additional UPS shipping charge. Please contact us if you would like your order shipped UPS. We can also ship your order directly to the gift recipient.

Return policy: We hope that you don't ever feel the need to return anything, but if you do just contact us and we will be happy to return any item at full price minus the shipping charge.
