In response to customer feedback and numerous requests, an added scrapbook line that deals exclusively to a more customized and personalized style is now available. This new design of scrapbooking is intended to be totally "worry free". Photos and personal journaling will now be incorporated in the albums. Of course, any premade album in my shop can be transformed into a customized treasure by simply just adding your photos.
Many people have said that because of their busy schedules, time is a valued commodity and they rarely have time to scrapbook. There is still the need to preserve family history for future generations. Also, scrapbooks make great gifts that can be treasured for a lifetime. Through scrapbooking, our memories of life's moments can last forever. You will see, through the photos used in the albums in the shop listings, that even "bad" photos can be used and look like art. I am in no way a photographer, but the message I want to say still comes through in my scrapbooks.
Each book is considered to be a "specialized" album and is customized with artistic techniques and paper engineering to compliment your photos. Pages in these albums are 'pieces of life' and the artwork surrounding the photos become a part of the overall theme of the book. They truly are authentic.
These treasures are "one of a kind" and can be used as gifts, thank you's, new mother, friends, weddings, neighbors, etc....they are little mini masterpieces, all irreplaceable and rare. Of course, Premade books will still be available without photos and they will possess the same qualities as the custom made books.
All albums consist of 8 pages and will include 8 or your (copied) photos. Please send a note on what journaling you would like to accompany the photos and pages. Photos can be emailed or sent through the USPS system. Please send COPIES ONLY! They will be photo edited, cropped, gut, glued, re-sized, antiqued, distressed, sanded, along with using many other photo editing techniques to fit the purpose of the page and over-all theme of the book.
The listings in my shop will have the photos in them so you can visualize what your pictures will look like. THERE ARE NO REPRODUCTIONS! Every album will be unique and distinctive in it's own right. In each listing, the size and price of that particular book will be in the title. In the description, there will be other sizes listed that you can order also, in case you want a larger or smaller size.
All albums are custom-made, please allow 3-4 weeks for your album to be completed. Keep this in mind when ordering so deadlines won't be a problem. To order, simply contact me to order the size album and the details. You can send photos and journaling notes to my email address. Throughout the process, you are free to contact me at any time for any changes or additional thoughts. After the book is completed, photos will be sent of the final result. Any changes can be made at that time also. If you like the album, it will be listed in my shop as RESERVED for you and you may purchase it at that time. Your album will be shipped out immediately.
So....if your looking for something plain, neat, and orderly...You will NOT find it in my shop. You will, however, find exciting, unusual, interesting, and irresistable paper items. I want my books to SPEAK to you also! Everything I have in my shop can be personalized! A name, date, age...whatever!..can be added. There's always an empty space I can find to fit it in, whether it be on a front or back cover, or maybe inside on one of the pages.
