Payment

Immediate payment is expected, unless mutually discussed prior to purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot make any exceptions. I will relist item if not paid for and negative feedback will be left.

I do except layaways so please contact me and i will walk you through the checkout. Layaways must be paid off in 30 days unless otherwise dicussed.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on almost everything :)

I ship Worldwide. Shipping inernationally may take several weeks (even longer during peak shipping periods) so please take this into consideration when purchasing.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns/exchanges are excepted when you have contacted me about it within 7 days of receiving your jewelry. Refunds will be issued upon my receipt of the jewelry in it's original packaging (less shipping costs). Please let me know how to make you happy and I will try my hardest to do so!

Custom request items policy- Unfortunately custom ordered prints and metal sculptures are not availible for return due to the fact that they are very hard for us to sell later down the road.
