From one parent to another, rest assured that I only use LEAD-FREE and NON-TOXIC paints and glazes on my items! Made from 100% solid wood! NO pressure (chemical) treated wood is used in creating these little wonders! All edges are sanded to enable safe play!

Since the Martha Stewart Show, we've been getting many orders and requests from stores and boutiques to carry our product. Because of this, make sure you plan on a maximum of 2 weeks to get your product shipped. It probably will be much sooner, but just make sure you specify if you need your products earlier than 3 wks. Rush shipping can be available. Thanks for your patience.

First and foremost, I am completely committed to customer satisfaction! I want you to LOVE your purchase and your shopping experience as a whole. If you have ANY problems or concerns with an item (although I certainly don't foresee there being one!), PLEASE contact me and I will work with you to resolve the matter. I would greatly appreciate that you withhold negative feedback and instead work with me to resolve your concerns.

Regarding PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Please be as specific as possible when describing how you would like your end product to look. For example, placement location, size, font, color, upper or lowercase lettering, etc. Please triple-check that name spellings are correct! Since personalized items are not re-sellable I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. Feel free to request a finished photo of the item in order to confirm that it has been completed to your liking.

♥SHIPPING INFORMATION♥
~ I ship via Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) within the USA.
~ Estimated shipping time within the USA via Priority Mail is 2-3 days, according to the USPS.
~ I take GREAT care to package all items securely in oversize boxes so as to prevent damage in transit. However, I cannot be held responsible for damage that is out of my control. If you would like to insure your package please let me know.
~I have never (in 70+ Ebay transactions) had an item arrive damaged or an item lost in transit.
~ When shipping domestically (within the USA) I print shipping labels directly from PayPal and do try to always cross-reference this address with that given to me by you through Etsy. PLEASE make sure your addresses are updated and accurate! I cannot be held responsible if given the wrong address.
~You should automatically receive your CONFIRMATION shipping number. If you do not receive one and would like to track your package, feel free to contact me and I can look it up for you. I always ship with delivery confirmation when shipping within the USA.

~ Shipping confirmation is not available to me when I ship outside of the USA.
~ I have had many successful international transactions in the past, but shipping internationally presents the risk that your package could be searched by customs, resulting in damages and that additional fees could be charged to you BY CUSTOMS (taxes). This is COMPLETELY out of my control and you are responsible for any additional costs charged by customs.
~I have never had a package I've shipped lost while in transit. Still, I have heard reports of this happeneing by other sellers (for example, one Etsy seller reports that she is unable to ship her items to Italy any longer because too many were being lost). I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost.
~The bottom line is that there are inherent risks to shipping internationally and although I do want and VERY MUCH appreciate your business, PLEASE consider these risks prior to purchasing from me.
