Hi, Welcome to Holy Hillbilly Creations on Etsy! We are a homeschooling, completely self-employed Catholic family. We support modesty in all things, and put God and family above all else. I believe that you should treat everyone the way you want to be treated..this includes my customers!
I prefer Paypal but also accept credit cards through Etsy.
I ship via Priority mail for all but the little stuff. I include delivery confirmation and insurance. For small things like rosaries, I will ship via 1st class in a padded envelope.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns nor give refunds on any custom item. I will work with you on all other items, but do not give cash refunds..I only offer store credit. I don't even do that for buyers remorse..only if something is grossly wrong upon arrival of the item. Damage in shipping is not my responsiblity!
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are made by hand, by me or my daughter. I do welcome custom orders and will work with you to get the perfect item. I don't do wholesale pricing..most of my prices are already as low as I can go and still make a living. I do excellent work, but do not guarantee anything once it has left my hands..the reason is because of inability for a lot of people to follow directions. No matter what you put on a tag..there's always someone who will do exactly what you said not to! If you have a major problem though, please contact me and I'll work with you to correct the problem.
Remember, I am just one person..so things take time..custom orders can be delayed..I process orders on a 1st come, 1st serve basis, meaning that from the time of order it could be several weeks before I can even get to your order! Please keep that in mind when ordering...if it is needed for a specific date, please let me know up front so that I can make special arrangements for it..there is a $10 fee for all rush orders!
Orders that are ready made will ship out in 1-3 business days. I live in the country and do not drive to town everyday. I do not have internet at home, but manage my shop via my phone. I will get all conversations, emails, etc on a regular basis and will respond to you promptly.
