And now, just a brief FYI: "Hippopotame" means "hippo" in French, pronounced...eeee poe poe tahm. This may seem a strange name to some of you, but it combines 2 of my favorite things: hippos and the French language. Enjoy your visit!

Why pay a little more? Because my jewelry is made with TOP QUALITY GEMSTONE beads and STERLING SILVER, each piece is lovingly created in my studio, and every earwire is shaped and trimmed and sanded to be perfectly balanced--I never use plastic stoppers, because my earwires stay put! That's right, I make every earwire myself! (Guess you can tell I'm proud of that :))

My studio is my haven. It is 100% smoke-free but is cat-friendly.
