Welcome
Thanks for visiting Branch & Bird! All prints at Branch & Bird are handmade, and our printing methods include screen printing and gocco. None of our prints come out of an inkjet printer, so you can be sure you're receiving a quality, limited edition, fine art print.
Payment
Branch & Bird presently accepts payments from PayPal only. Items shipping to Texas addresses will be charged an 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Important: Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct.
In most cases, items will ship within 3 business days of your purchase via USPS (tracking numbers are included by request only -- prior to purchase).
Note that we only ship to the lower 48 states (US) at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want to make sure you're thrilled with your Branch & Bird purchase. However, we know sometimes things happen.
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days and provide a photo of the damage. We will do our best to get you a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we may choose to refund your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, please contact us within 30 days from the purchase date and we can discuss an exchange. At this time, we are unable to offer returns.
Occasionally a package may get lost in-transit. Please notify us that you haven't received the package, and confirm your shipping address. If your address matches the one from your original order we'll send a replacement right away. If the first address was incorrect, we will ask that you pay shipping on the replacement item plus a replacement fee (usually 40% of the original item cost).
