ABOUT ME...
Hoakon + Helga is an accessories line blending vintage and recycled materials with newer components. Founded by Canadian designer Andi, Hoakon + Helga creates an eco friendly, and unique silhouette of bags, and jewelry. Named after the designers Norwegian grandparents, the line strives to achieve a respect for the past and future using sustainable approaches. In developing her current collection, Andi hunts for vintage leather jackets to incorporate into her bag designs. Though the bag silhouettes are similar, each one takes on its own set of visual characteristics due to the nature of the initial recycled vintage jacket. Each one is different in color, shape and pocket design. The result is a bag that each owner can call one of a kind.

:: SHIPPING INFO ::

All purchases are sent out within 4 business days of order.

All shipping is done through Canada Post with a standard delivery. This means that it will take approximately 6 -18 business days within North America (depending on where you are from) but can sometimes take longer getting stuck in customs. I tend to get lots of emails saying that the parcel is taking longer than the 12 days... so expect it to take an extra week or two. All bag purchases to Canada and the USA are sent with a tracking number which can be tracked through canadapost.ca. Parcels sent to anywhere else do not have a tracking number can take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Hoakon + Helga is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the mail.

:: INFORMATION ON EXCHANGES ::

If you are unhappy with your product, I can do an EXCHANGE ONLY for you. Please email me as soon as you receive your product. I will only do exchanges in this period of time and the product needs to be sent back to me as soon as the exchange agreement is made. Once I receive the old item, the new item will be sent out. You will be charged an additional Shipping Fee for the newly exchanged item through a paypal invoice before it gets sent out.


** My apologies but I am not taking any custom orders at this time. Please check back often as I put up new bags weekly and you may see something else you like :)

** I am also not accepting orders using your own personal leather jackets.

** All computer monitors are different and I do my best to present the colors of bags to the best of my ability but please be aware that it may appear slightly different on your screen.

** Unfortunately I do not offer wholesale or consignment. I try and stay competitive by offering the customer the most affordable price possible. If you are a shop that is interested in my work, I recommend you purchasing what you see from my site. Thanks! :)
