My name is Sherry and I am a long time artist who loves many medias. My passions of the moment are sewing, crochet, and jewelry making. However, in the past I have also played with wheel thrown pottery, loom weaving and spinning, lace making, and a little bit of drawing. Although I love many medias, I have always sewn. I taught myself how to sew when I was pregnant with my first child and couldn't afford to buy maternity clothes. I fell in love with it and never quit sewing. I have sewn professionally for a whole bunch of years. I especially love making children's clothing and toys. I love re-using materials from vintage pieces as well as new materials. I often combine them to make something new and unusual.

I am also a lover of all things vintage. I recently closed my antique shop in a historic town not far from my home. I have many treasures still and will be listing them here from time to time.
