Hi and Welcome at Homemade!
My name is Chiara Turbiglio I am 27 and i live in Torino, a city also known as "the little Paris" located in the northwest of Italy, where i work crafting handmade bags and accessories in my tiny but cozy atelier.
Previously I have been working as a designer for a major italian brand but then I decided to go on my own and start my personal collection of bags and accessories.
My goal is create elegant yet casual unique designs, with a touch of that "Parisienne romance" that makes bags chic and eye-catching.
I take care myself of the whole process, starting from concept design in every single creation till the very last label sewing.
I enjoy experimenting different types of leather and fabrics and create suggestive and always different motiv and color schemes.
I style my bags keeping in mind the needs of all the busy and "always-on-the-rush" girls out there, without having to compromise on style .
The bags are made of 100% premium italian cow leather except where else stated.
I will try to keep my shop as updated as possible, with new creations listed weekly.

Shipping
All items sold and already paid are shipped every week on Friday.
Items are shipped via Priority Mail, otherwise else stated.
In personal experience, Priority Mail is the shipping solution to go with, and thus the one I use by default.
It usually get to destination quicker than parcels and, in addition, it allows me to avoid declaring the value of the item shipped so that you can save upon custom taxes.
Please be aware that this shipping solution is not trackable. If you want to arrange a trackable and insured shipment for your purchased item, please contact me in advance, so that I can get quotes for your destination.
Items takes 1 to 2 weeks to get to most countries, but sometimes it can take longer, according to each different custom policies.
Even tough I can't be held responsible for any delay or loss caused by the postal services or couriers involved in the shipping while they are in charge of the item, I will always do my best to try to fix any eventual shipping mishaps arising.
In case your order is past due and you still didn't receive your item, please contact me and a proof of shipment will be sent to you.
